Little Ocho Saves the Sea! With Supplemental Activities

By: Arden Martenz

"It's not any fun to live in a sea, if the creatures have no harmony." Little Ocho loves the sea! It is his home, and all of his friends live there. But one day something strange happens. Little Ocho's mother finds him huddled in his cave refusing to play with his sea creature friends. His friends have changed. They are no longer caring and helpful sea creatures. They have become mean, selfish, and hurtful. And Little Ocho wants nothing more to do with them.

But it is not that easy! Little Ocho is unhappy without his friends. So after talking with his mother, Little Ocho comes up with a clever plan that not only helps his friends treat each other with kindness, but also teaches children the value of responsible and respectful behaviors.

Little Ocho Saves the Sea! Activity/Ideas CD includes: PDF files with discussion questions, ASCA and Common Core Standards; 15 reproducible activities, 5 coloring pages, 10 printable 11 X 17 posters; plus the Little Ocho Saves the Sea! storybook. Level 1 Whiteboard compatible.
