Shipping / Handling

Most orders are shipped via U.S. Standard Mail (4th class) unless otherwise specified. All shipments are made FOB Chapin, SC. Customers requesting shipments be sent via alternate carrier will be charged additional handling fees.

Rush Delivery

For an additional charge of $15 per address, we can arrange to rush delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 2pm EST will be received within three business days.

UPS Delivery

You may specifically request UPS delivery for an additional $3.00 handling fee. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders

Orders from Canada will be charged 15% (estimated) shipping and handling charge. Orders from Mexico and countries outside the continental United States will be charged 20% (estimated) shipping and handling fee for surface delivery. Orders shipped to US zip codes outside the continental US are delivered Parcel Post at our regular shipping fees, with an additional charge of $5 to Alaska and Hawaii, and $10 to other US territories. Should actual shipping charges exceed the estimated shipping and handling, you will be contacted via email and we will await your approval before your order is processed.

Returns

YouthLight offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the product you ordered does not meet your needs, you may return it within 30 days. Materials must be be returned in resaleable condition (look like new). All returns must reference invoice numbers, account name, and reason for return. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set to receive credit. Discounted sales items purchased via our website are non-returnable.

All prices and publication dates are subject to change without notice. YouthLight, Inc. offers to sell on our published terms and these terms may not be changed, modified, or amended by contrary, different or additional terms contained in a customer's purchase order or other purchase confirmation or advice.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are net 30 days. Please fax or mail (NOT both). YouthLight will not be responsible for duplicate orders. Balances over 30 days accrue an automatic charge of 1.5% for each additional 30 day period or part thereof.

Review Copies

YouthLight review copies are processed as prepaid orders and a credit card is required at the time of the order. Within 30 days from the date of receipt, you may either keep the item or return it (in resaleable condition) for a full refund or credit (less shipping charges). See Return Instructions.

Shorts / Overs / Wrong Titles / Non-Receipt / Damaged

Oops! If we've made a mistake processing your order, or if you haven't received your order, or if your order is received damaged, claims must be received within 30 days. Please contact customer service at 800-209-9774.

Copyright Requests

YouthLight, Inc. occassionally grants permission for the use of a limited amount of copyright protected material from its publications. All such requests must be received in writing on institutional letterhead. Requested pages must be listed with description of how material will be used, audience intended, and number of copies needed. Requests should be faxed to 803-345-0888 or mailed to YouthLight, Inc. P.O. Box 115, Chapin, SC 29036. Please no phone requests.

Distributors / Resellers

An application process is required in order to establish a new distributor / reseller account with YouthLight, Inc. We require a reseller certificate as well as a completed application to begin this process. For further information, contact us at 800-209-9774 or email us.
