Dr.
Janice L. Dreshman, a licensed social worker, has worked with
children, adolescents and adults in varied settings for 20 years.
Janice’s perspective derives from her formal training as
well as her lifelong involvement in the martial arts, a deep
commitment to her spirituality, and her interest in transformation.
She currently works as a high school guidance counselor and has
a part-time psychotherapy practice with geriatric patients. Janice
volunteers in the community as a therapy dog handler and was
recently ordained as a minister. She lives in Pittsburgh, PA
with her partner Robin and their dogs, Smudge and Sparky.
